Chor-Chen is the Chief Executive Officer of SESTO Robotics, a company specialising in the field of autonomous technology. In his capacity, he manages corporate direction and strategy of the company. He also takes on responsibility in defining and executing commercial strategy to meet the company’s business objectives, and is in charge of leading, guiding, evaluating and developing business development excellence. Chor-Chen began his career in the investment field, where he progressed from an Investment Analyst to an Investment Manager covering manufacturing and technology companies. Making a career switch into Business Development, Chor-Chen took up leadership positions and led corporate development, business development, strategy and partnerships for various companies. In addition, he has attained a track record of successfully leading multiple projects from ideation stage to market launches, as well as successful exits. Chor-Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from Boston University, School of Management in 1987, and he further pursued his education at University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business where he graduated with a MBA in International Business/Finance in 2002 as the class valedictorian. Beyond his academic achievements, Chor Chen was President of Boston University Alumni Association in Singapore for over ten years. He currently serves as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of Boston University Questrom School of Business and volunteers as the Chairman of Grace to You (Singapore), a non-profit Christian organisation.
